- Pastors and Marketplace Leaders will see and value their different gifts and walk away with applicable ways to collaborate for the glory of God.
Why is this important?
- 98% of Christians are not in traditional ministry roles, but are experiencing a shift in Kingdom Context take place outside the 4 walls of the church building.
- Christian Pastors and Christian Marketplace Leaders must recognize this Kingdom Context and fully participate together.
- As a business leader you will also get to attend business-specific sessions with me to hear about how the JH Family reaches people for Christ and gives to the Kingdom on a practical level every day to inspire you with ideas for how to do this in your own businesses.
- As a church leader, you will get to attend church-specific sessions with Pastor Scott to hear how to mobilize your church members to minister outside the 4 walls of the church, and how to work with key business leaders in your church.
If you are a pastor, we encourage you to bring a business leader from your church with you. Or, if you are a business leader, consider bringing your pastor because it will be that much more impactful. But even if you’re in a place where you are not an active member of a local church and are not connected well with a pastor, that’s absolutely fine. The point of this event is to empower all Christian leaders to see that they can use their business or ministry to do Kingdom Work right where they’re at.
